China”) has entered into a strategic partnership with Shenzhen Qianhai Shekou
Free Trade Zone Hospital to push forward integration of quality medical
resources between Hong Kong and Mainland China.

Secretary of Shenzhen Qianhai Shekou Free Trade Zone Hospital, commented that
the strategic partnership with UMP Healthcare China will be based on the
principles of fostering “long-term cooperation, joint promotion, complementary
advantages and mutual development”. It will help further implement major
development strategy of the Greater Bay Area (“GBA”), better realize strategic
positioning of the Shenzhen Qianhai Shekou Free Trade Zone Hospital and promote
integration of quality medical resources between Hong Kong and Mainland China.
The partnership also aims at active introduction of advanced international
medical management models to create healthcare services that are in line with
international standards, as well as the establishment of an international
healthcare service system in Qianhai Shekou Free Trade Zone that will
seamlessly connect with those in Hong Kong and Macau.

that the strategic partnership will focus on international management of
medical institutions, international training of medical talents, introduction
of overseas medical professionals and overseas registered medication,
development of scientific research projects, realisation of medical big data,
cross-border medical service cooperation, establishment of an integrated urban
medical service system, promotion of cross-border settlement of medical
expenses, Internet healthcare services and promotion of the use of Elderly
Health Care Voucher from Hong Kong.

Healthcare China, mentioned that before the state introduction of development
plan and policy for the GBA, UMP Healthcare China had deployed the integration
of medical services between Hong Kong and Mainland China. Through the
introduction of Hong Kong family medicine training system and high-quality
medical resources from Hong Kong in recent years, UMP Healthcare China has
established its unique GOLD™ Training Program which has trained more than 1,200
family doctors and community nurses over the past 3 years. UMP Healthcare China
has also been establishing more than 150 public-private-partnership (“PPP”) UMP
medical centres with community health centers of various regional governments
in the GBA, laying solid foundation for scaling tiered healthcare system. Leveraging
the strategic partnership, UMP Healthcare China aims to enable residents of the
GBA to truly experience and enjoy innovative healthcare medical services.

Founded in 1990, UMP is one of the
leading medical and healthcare platforms in Hong Kong. For over 30 years, UMP
has been offering comprehensive healthcare services for individuals and
corporations. The UMP network boasts more than 800 medical service points
across Hong Kong, Macau, Beijing, Tianjin, Shanghai, as well as major cities in
