The free UMP Service Point apps provides corporate and insurance members with the latest information about the locations of the network physicians and other relevant matters. All you need is to download the apps and enter the designated access code. (Please contact your human resources department / insurance company for the access code.)

The list of network physicians will be updated regularly. Please update your UMP Service Point to the latest version first to choose the network service point that suits you. Some functions may not work properly in the old version. If you cannot view the “Online Doctor Directory” through the mobile app, please click here to view the web version of the Panel Provider List
